Transparent fees

Guests pay an extra 3% service fee at checkout that covers Stripe processing (~1.5–1.75%) and platform support. Stripe's fee never comes out of your payout— it's absorbed by the guest's 3% on the platform side.

FAQ
When do I get paid?
Stripe transfers your payout 24 hours after guest check-in. Standard Stripe payout schedule applies.
Do I need to register a business?
Depends on your country and how often you host. Stripe Connect handles tax forms; you're responsible for any local registration or tourist tax.
What if a guest cancels?
Refund follows the cancellation policy you set per listing — flexible (full refund 24 h before), moderate (full ≥ 5 days, 50% ≥ 1 day), or strict (50% ≥ 7 days, none after). Stripe issues the refund automatically; we reverse the corresponding portion of your payout. The platform absorbs the Stripe processing fee on the refunded amount, so you and the guest see exactly the policy percentage refunded — nothing extra is taken out.
Exactly how is the 5% calculated?
The 5% applies to your stay subtotal + cleaning fee (tourist tax passes through to you for remittance). On a €100 stay + €20 cleaning + €5 tourist tax, you receive €119: €120 stay-amount + €5 tax − €6 (5% platform fee).
Guests separately see a 3% service fee on the booking total. That covers Stripe processing, Connect transfer, and platform support — none of it is deducted from your payout.
