House rules
No parties or events allowed. No smoking allowed inside the house. No unregistered guests allowed. Respect the noise curfew. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that might occur. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. If you do, move them to the original position when you check out. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. No EV charging is allowed using normal power sockets to prevent cable issues or fire.
